Barbourne Brook required a website which reflected their expertise in the the customs industry and highlighted the benefits their unique services to clients.
BoldType kicked off with a colloraborative session to define Barbourne Brook’s value proposition, tone of voice and key messages based on their on their Ideal Customer Personas.
After we established the foundations, we identified that the core services needed to be repositioned in line with our findings.
Harnessing the new look and messaging
The new website design needed to be a visual representation of Barbourne Brook’s quality and expertise whilst also appealing to their target audience. Through the use of white space and a defining colour palette, along with a mix of photography and illustrations, the site professionally allows Barbourne Brook to stand out as experts within their field.
